We are looking for Developer Support Agents for an international tech company. We are dealing with cool technology that support awesome tech companies to grow within the Fintech space.
The company is looking to hire a skilled Technical Support Agent that will eventually handle all our technical customer support. This is a full time position from Monday – Friday.
The role is entirely in English so this is a must. Any additional languages a bonus.
- Answer customer’s technical support tickets, emails and chats
- Answer support emails
- Support our B2B team on Skype and via telephone with technical requests
- Support our development team handle requests
- Manage customer information on our CRM and customer portals
- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning to use new software
- Experience with help desk or technical support
- Hard working can do attitude and not afraid to learn new things
Nice to haves
- Experience or basic knowledge of PHP
- Experience with MySQL database management
- Experience with Agile development methods
- Additional languages a plus
- Experience working with CRMs
- Experience with Zendesk
- Working with cool technology that is helping other tech companies grow
